How to sketches and material lists:

If you have see a project and would like a detailed material list and step-by-step instruction sheet, please complete the application form and be sure to detail the program and the project.  The price is $29.99 plus shipping and handling.

Consultations:

A one hour consultation, after providing the items listed below (1-9) start at $200. Often this is sufficient for many people as the ideas and suggestions are enough for them take and run.  Full payment due with information package.

• Designs are available starting at $595.00
• I am also available to assist in the selection of a local contractor to carry out the installation. Fee upon request.
• I am available to be on site and supervise the installation. Fee upon request.
• I am also able to review bids and consult in pricing. Fee upon request.

If you wish to go ahead please advise of the service you require. I will need the following:

1. Photographs of the area to be designed.
2. A Photograph with your back to the house.
3. A second photo after turning right.
4. A third photo after turning right again.
5. A final photo with you facing the back of the house.
6. If possible a video of the space with you talking about it to me.
7. Pictures from magazines that inspire you. Get a stack of magazines, (they do not have to be of anything in particular) Leaf through the pages quickly with out pausing at any page. You will find yourself stopping and going back a pageto see something again. Tear this page out and put it into a file. When you have finished, you will have a stack of images that you have unconsciously reacted to. Now look at each picture carefully and make a note of what you like about it,. Send these to me and I will call and discuss them with you. (Be sure to keep copies)
8. A note of anything you wish to tell me about yourself that will help me get a stronger feel for your tastes, and what you would like to see in the space.
9. A deposit of 50% of fee. After reviewing this I will ask a lot of questions and we will be off and running.
